Customer service The FAKRO Sales Department accept orders for FAKRO roof windows and other products from FAKRO’s wide range of products. An order can be sent to us by telephone, fax or e-mail and it will be processed and actioned in accordance with our normal terms and conditions - this will also occur with orders for non-standard products.

Our Research and Development Department is responsible for developing non-standard project solutions. Costs and designs must be accepted by the customer before commencement of manufacture. The order processing time for non-standard orders is taken from the date that a 40% deposit is received for such orders.

Complete product service guarantees comfortable operational use of all FAKRO products.

FAKRO conducts training sessions for roofing contractors on construction sites and also arranges periodic training sessions at the company headquarters. This maintains the quality of services associated with the installation of FAKRO roof windows and accessories,

	Roof windows have a ten year guarantee
	Roof exits have a five year guarantee
	Loft ladders - three year guarantee
	Toughened glass is guaranteed against hail damage indefinitely
	Guarantee certificates are issued on request

Roof windows

Every window has an identification label, which is located in the top right corner of the sash. The identification label enables easy product identification and has details of product type, dimensions and production code.
